Royal Princess

To enter, you must create a short video clip that explains why YOU would make a great princess. Your video clip is your chance to shine it is your advertisement of your beautiful self. Videos should not be more than 1 minute and should cover the following:

Why you would make a great princess
Why Prince Harry should marry you
Anything else that will make you shine! Your video can be sexy, humorous, sarcastic, controversial, relevant, thought provoking or ironic – essentially, you have full artistic license to create whatever you like, with the goal being that Prince Harry takes notice and the fairytale begins.

The Prize

The winning Princess will receive $1000 spending money and will need to be available for media interviews and opportunities.

Entrants will be judged on:

Appearance, creativity, poise, originality, basic all round princessness!

Eligibility and Details

Entrants must be 18 years of age and over and have a valid passport
Entrants are automatically entered once the link to their image/video has been submitted

Your Video

Your video clip can be done with your phone, webcam, digital camera or any recording device providing it is in a compatible format to upload on YouTube.com. Once your video has been created and uploaded to www.youtube.com please upload the YouTube link to your video by clicking submit entry above.

You can use whatever you want to record your video

All Entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Licensor hereby grants to BeautifulPeople a non-exclusive license to use the materials described as follows: Any Image or video clip used in participation of the BeautifulPeople.com viral competition (collectively, the “Materials”) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license granted hereunder includes the worldwide right to edit, telecast, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the Materials, or any portion thereof in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised for perpetuity.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Licensor represents and warrants to BeautifulPeople.com that Licensor has the full legal right, power and authority to grant to BeautifulPeople.com the license provided for herein, that it owns or controls the complete exhibition and other rights to the Materials for the purposes contemplated in this Agreement and that neither the Materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity.

3. INDEMNIFICATION. Licensor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless BeautifulPeople.com, its parent and affiliated companies, its and their licensees, successors and assigns, and each of its and their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to BeautifulPeople.com exercise of the rights granted herein.
