All Entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Licensor hereby grants to BeautifulPeople a non-exclusive license to use the materials described as follows: Any Image or video clip used in participation of the BeautifulPeople.com viral competition (collectively, the “Materials”) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license granted hereunder includes the worldwide right to edit, telecast, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the Materials, or any portion thereof in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised for perpetuity.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Licensor represents and warrants to BeautifulPeople.com that Licensor has the full legal right, power and authority to grant to BeautifulPeople.com the license provided for herein, that it owns or controls the complete exhibition and other rights to the Materials for the purposes contemplated in this Agreement and that neither the Materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity.

3. INDEMNIFICATION. Licensor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless BeautifulPeople.com, its parent and affiliated companies, its and their licensees, successors and assigns, and each of its and their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to BeautifulPeople.com exercise of the rights granted herein.

4. BeautifulPeople.com has the sole right to refuse any submissions it deems inappropriate for any reason

BeautifulPeople and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for arranging applicable visa’s and travel documentation, in order for travel to the United States. All legal permissions for travel remain the sole responsibility of the Entrants. The Prize is not transferrable or refundable in currency.

Eligibility and guidelines:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age and over
• Entrants are automatically entered once the video has been submitted.
• Your viral creation must mention BeautifulPeople.com at least once through audio or text and where possible, your clip or image should link to www.beautifulpeople.com
• Your entry must solely promote beautifulpeople.com and not promote any other business or entity
• Your entry must be original in its creation and content and you must own the rights
• Your video may not contain graphic pornography. Sexy is fine!
• No discriminatory content will be accepted
